NYFW Spring/Summer 2015

This past Saturday I had the opportunity to attend New York Fashion Week for the third time.

The morning started off with the Lacoste show, where models showed off complex garments with the brand's trademarked sporty chic style. I especially loved the new trends for spring that showcased lots of soft layers and bright colors.

Later in the day, I was eager to get to the amazing Herve Leger show where studs were the main trend. I love how every dress had so much detail and each model wore it flawlessly. My favorite color trends spotted during the show are definitely powder blue as well as a beautiful bright orange, so look out for them when spring comes around.

Now on to my look. My outfit was a transition outfit since the weather will be getting cooler soon (unfortunately) and I wanted to give a little taste of some fall trends. I wore a dark green felt-like skirt and added a touch of white leather with my top to keep the summer alive a little longer. I added a light bomber jacket even though it was burning hot outside, and paired the look with a pair of interim leather peep-toe heels. As always, I stack my bracelets to dress up the look, and roll up my sleeves to give it a messy yet polished feel.

I once again had the best time at NYFW and can't wait to go again in Febuary for Fall 2015 Fashion Week!
