How to Stay on Top of your Workouts

My workout routine has been slowly getting back after dealing with a couple little health issues. I have been LOVING my Peloton bike and that has been my main form of cardio. I try to hit 3-4 cardio workouts per week, 3-4 strength workouts, and then 1-2 yoga sessions per week (which account for my flexibility days). So what's my secret to staying on top of things? I'm by no means perfect, but I have found that by making a 2-week schedule of pre-planned workouts, I am able to stay motivated and keep up with my routine. So here's what my current one looks like...

So I pretty much create an outline & split up the categories according to the types of workouts I find are important to have in my routine. If you are new at this, you don't even really need to make a full calendar. Another quicker option is to simply type out your schedule in your notes.

This is an easy way to track your progress as well! And then every 2 weeks I add a little more to my routine or just switch it around so that I never get bored! I constantly am finding new workouts that I love and even going through different phases, and that is totally fine.
