15 Diet Staples I Can't Live Without
When it comes to my healthy lifestyle, I am constantly switching it up, but there are always a handful of foods that never change.
I try to avoid gluten and dairy as much as I can because I was tested sensitive to both, however, if you don't have any issues with either, it is perfectly healthy to eat them. I just wanted to give you the heads up so that you wouldn't be confused as to why some of the things I post below are labeled as gluten-free or dairy-free.
Just to add, these are items that I can't live without and tend to eat almost every day, but they are no means my full diet! I eat an array of foods and definitely am not limited to these 15 things. I hope you guys enjoy & as usual make sure you write any questions or comments you have below!
