All About Plaid

For everyone obsessed with knowing every trend, how excited are you for all of this plaid? 

This season, it seems like everyone is going out of their way to show their own twist on this trend. If you follow my style, you could say it is more modern and edgy, and not very preppy at all. Plaid started out years ago as this preppy trend, and slowly it has become something totally different! (In a good way) Now I have the chance to step out of my box and experiment with all the unique ways I can wear plaid, and I think a shift dress is the best way to go. The colors aren't too bold, and the dress is still very casual, so it also gave me the chance to accessorize a little! I brought in some maroon in my necklace and brought in the gold and black from my bracelets and bag. All together this trend is something that you need to be sporting this season if you are a plaid-lover like me. Try it out with a dress like I did, or even a flannel, pants, or a skirt. It's up to you to get creative and see what you can do with the look!
