Cheers to Cozy Mondays

Mondays aren't so bad after all.

The typical reaction to a Monday is usually "ugh I'm not getting out of bed," and don't get me wrong, it's definitely a challenge; But I honestly don't find them that bad! I have trained myself to like Mondays by giving myself little treats throughout the day. I usually motivate myself to wake up knowing that I can have some coffee and a Quest Bar. I also always plan my monday outfits ahead and make sure that they are cute but that I am nice and comfy, and don't have to put too much effort into it. Usually a big sweater is my life savor when I am freezing cold and am dreading lifting up my warm covers. I also make sure that I listen to my favorite music in the car (Shout-out to Sam Smith) and that I have all my work done so that I can have the least stress possible. It's all about starting the week on a good note, and being happy and positive. Every Monday for me is like a fresh start, and a new chance to accomplish as much as I can. 

So treat yourself to something good, be positive and happy, and limit your stress by getting everything done beforehand. Then you'll realize that Mondays aren't so bad after all.
