The Law Of Attraction: How I Use It To Reach My Goals

For as long as I can remember, I have been using the Law of Attraction to manifest my life.

At the young age of 9 years old, my parents introduced me to the power of positivity. As a very anxiety-prone family, we have relied on spirituality to calm us, guide us, and give us hope for the future. My parent’s lifestyle not only has always included positive thinking, but also meditation and mindfulness. These aspects have had such a large impact on my life, that I don’t even remember what it’s like to live without them.

Before I continue to share my experience, let me tell you a bit about this whole concept.

Whether you realize it or not, the law of attraction is constantly working in both negative and positive forms. One example of this is a scenario where someone wakes up in a bad mood. Usually, when one thing goes wrong, other things start to go wrong too. It’s like a domino effect. On the other hand, this could happen in a positive way too. Let’s say someone wakes up feeling happy and energetic. It sets the tone for a better and more productive day.

For someone that’s never heard of The Law Of Attraction, this could sound like a load of crap, for lack of a better word. However, I encourage you to keep an open mind while reading this. The truth is, even if you don’t believe in the law of attraction, it is still constantly effecting you and guiding your life.

what is the law of Attraction?

The Law of Attraction is the idea that we attract the things we put the most focus and energy on. It really is that simple. What you put out into the universe, you get back. Essentially your thoughts control your life. Negative thoughts bring negative situations, and vice versa.

what is it used for?

You can use it for any situation, no matter how big or small. You can manifest relationships, dream jobs, money, new assets, fitness goals, literally anything you desire. With the right techniques, the Law of Attraction can help you achieve whatever you want in life.

how does it apply to my life?

For me, I have used the Law of Attraction for just about everything. When I want something in life, the first thing I do is say it out loud. I talk about it with friends, write it down in notebooks, and find any way I can to put it into the universe. Usually when I really want something, or someone, to come into my life, I think about it before falling asleep every night. It almost becomes a ritual. I picture a scenario in which the thing that I desire is coming true, and to be honest, this WORKS. It has worked so many times, that it has built my confidence and my ability to manifest more and more into my life.
