Cauliflower Pizza

The hottest vegetable right now is cauliflower. It can be used for so many different things, and can make any dish 1/3 of the calories and amp up the health benefits to any lunch or dinner. Although there are tons of great ideas I had using cauliflower, I figured the majority of people would probably enjoy my pizza recipe, considering most people, whether they follow a  vegan, gluten-free, or any other type of diet have a true love for pizza.

Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup parmesan cheese OR Go Veggie parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano
Pinch of Italian seasoning (optional)
1 egg OR 1/4 cup softened tofu (pureed)
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese OR Daiya Mozzarella Cheese
Any pizza or pasta sauce of your choice
Extra mozzarella for topping
Veggies of your choice for topping

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut cauliflower up and blend in food processor until texture of rice & drain after
Add in cauliflower with all other above ingredients into bowl and mix until dough starts to form (it will feel different than pizza dough; use your hands to mash together)
On a baking sheet and parchment paper, add your dough into a round shape
Add your sauce, cheese, and other pizza toppings
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden
